RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Thank you for shopping at Naturally Given. Offering you our best customer service is very important to us, so if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Our products can be returned within 15 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.
For hygienic reasons and specially now going through a Global Pandemic, Aromatherapy or Bach Flower Remedies products are not eligible for a return or exchange. The only exception we would allow is that if something was wrong with the product. If that is the case, we would need to be notified within the 15 days of the purchase. Thank you for your understanding and stay safe.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 15 days
- The product is in its original packaging
- The product isn’t used or damaged
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
