What is Aromatherapy?

Aromatherapy means therapy through aroma/scent. Aromatherapy only uses essential oils and no other form of scent. Our sense of smell has a powerful effect on our brain’s many functions. Any odor we breath-in affects our limbic system which governs the emotional processing, motivation, fear, pleasure, learning and memory.

For a therapy to be effective, we first need an open mind and heart, and willingness to want to heal ourselves, in other words, self-love. It is important to know that there isn’t magical solutions on the outer world, however there is an inner magical world filled with unlimited possibilities!

Aromatic plants are a generous gift from Mother earth to awaken and heal our emotions. Furthermore, they nurture, balance and unify us with earth energy which we often forget to do, as we make our days so full.

Our synergy blends are designed to assist the opening and balancing of the seven major Chakras of the body. These are etherial energy centres where energy flows, a similar concept as our circulatory system. Each Chakra has a sound, colour, and it is associated with different organs. When we experience energy blockage, it is usually related to toxic emotions that are obstructing these energy channels – possibly from a very long time – and therefore we can experience symptoms such as; anxiety, depression, stagnation, headaches, frustration, guilt, lack of energy flow, anger, low self-esteem, and feelings of not being good enough.
Awakening and unblocking the Chakras, can lead us to a more vibrant, balanced, and joyful life.
Aromatherapy can help us live a more harmonious and natural lifestyle. Daily gratitude, positive intention, and self-nurturing can elevate our vibration and guide us to our next subconscious level.
