I authorize Naturally Given Product LTD. to charge a monthly membership fee of $290 plus GST = $304.50 for six consecutive months to comply with a membership agreement that gives (__1__) Harmonic Egg session per month, (__1__) Photon Genius Sauna per month, (__1__) Biocharger session per month, and (__1__) Halotherapy + Red Light session per month for the next six months.

Sessions need to be used during the month paid and cannot be saved up,
transferred to another person, or used at a later time / month.

A cancellation fee of $150 plus GST will be charged to your credit card for each session remaining until the end of your membership agreement if you decide to cancel early.
