Handcrafted healing bundle made with organic sage, lavender, rosemary, roses, flowers and crystals. Its purpose is to clear unwanted energies that don’t resonate with yours, eliminate bacteria up to 94% and infuse love.  The addition of crystals raises its vibration to create more peace, love and harmony in your space.

Why do we want to smudge?

We are all vibrational beings in a physical body and therefore we can feel different energies that either resonate  or not with ours making us feel good and comfortable or the opposite.

I personally prefer not to use the terms “bad or good energy” / “negative or positive energy”, because an energy that doesn’t resonate with ours, it doesn’t make it bad or negative, it simply just doesn’t aligned with ours and therefore we don’t feel good, so smudging can assist us in decluttering our space from unwanted energies, so it can feel fresh, calm and vibrant again.

Each smudge includes a prayer card and instructions on how to use it.

The smudge is approx. 9″ tall.

Instructions: Light the smudge for few seconds, blow it out, and ensure there is enough smoke. Use a cast iron or ceramic bowl to catch the ashes. Sometimes you have to light it up few times until there is enough smoke. Move the smudge on a circular clockwise motion while walking around your home and saying your prayers. Make sure to open windows and doors, so the unwanted energies can leave the house and make sure to smudge the corners, as the energy usually gets stuck there. Playing spa music or chanting it can enhance the clearing of your home. It is a good idea to finish the smudging with gratitude.

Note: Don’t forget to remove the prayer card, small tag and crystals which are attached individually before burning the smudge.  Smudges are not all identical, they all have different colour flowers, crystals or strings and they could slightly varied.
